1-Click on Start Menu then on Notepad...
2-Then type in Notepad As Follows-

Dim speaks, speech
speaks="Welcome To Harry PC"
Set speech=CreateObject("sapi.spvoice")
speech.Speak speaks

Where Written Welcome To Harry PC Change it to Your's Message.

3-Now Save it as Anything.vbs Note:- while saving in the save as type=All files.

4-Now copy the Anything.vbs file to C:/Users/Username/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft/Windows/Start Menu/Programs/StartUp/

Now.Resart Your PC Allll Done Wow!!!!!1 your pc Is welcoming you on start up
